Capilia Madison Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Capilia Madison, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To provide the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Consultation Fee
All initial consultations require a $75 consultation fee. This fee covers up to one hour with a professional hair restoration stylist, who will assess your concerns, answer your questions, and discuss the hair restoration solutions best suited to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
This policy allows us to compensate our stylists for reserved appointment times and helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability.
